AVAILABLE 23RD MAY TO OCTOBER FOR SATURDAY ARRIVALS ONLY (cruise departs on following day - this will allow for any late flight arrivals) - This 7 night cruise departs from Marmaris to Datca and back. The gulets (yachts) have between 6 and 9 cabins and are 19 to 26 metres long and 5 to 8 metres wide. There are 3 to 4 fully qualified and experienced crew members working on board dependant on the size of each yacht. Each yacht has the required safety equipment including life jackets, fire extinguishers, smoke alarms and an engine. Their decks are equipped with many comforts: several bedrooms with en-suite toilets and showers, a saloon with fine wines and branded drinks, a dining area at the rear deck, and sun tanning area on the front deck. The captain will ensure that your cruise moves along at a good pace. He decides on departure times and meal times according to the group, the day of the week and weather conditions. The captain is responsible for the safety of the vessel and its passengers and has the right to alter the itinerary when necessary. Since the skipper is responsible for everything during the sail, all requests should be directed to him. The skipper can accept your invitation for supper or for a cup of coffee or a glass of wine; and you, in your part, may ask him to tell you how to steer the yacht, and even help with some of the work on board.

Afternoon tea is served with biscuits or cakes. There is a bar on every yacht where soft and alcoholic drinks can be purchased. **Itinerary**
Day 1 - Marmaris
When everyone has arrived, dinner will be served on board. The yacht will remain anchored in Marmaris harbour for the first night which gives you the chance to get acquainted at leisure with this seaside resort and its nightlife.
Day 2 – Arap Island / Bozukkale
Today the yacht will head for Arap Island, where you will have lunch. After a swimming break the boat will move on to Bozukkale, the ancient Loryma. Visiting the remains of the fortress, surfing, swimming and diving are all possible from Bozukkale.
Day 3 – Datca (optional excursion to Knidos)
After breakfast set off and sail to the Datça. This is one of the smallest towns in Turkey and nearest town to the Knidos ancient city. While the boat stops for food, refreshments etc there is an optional excursion to Knidos. Overnight stay at Datca Marina or in one of the nearby bays.
Day 4 – Aktur / Bencik
After breakfast sail to the Aktur. After lunch the yacht will cross over to the northern coast of the gulf and the first stop will be at Bencik Bay, a narrow inlet which cuts the Datca Peninsula almost in half. Overnight stop there.

Today the yacht heads deep into Hisaronu Gulf and anchor’s for lunch in Selimiye Bay or Orhaniye Bay. Behind the village there is an ancient acropolis, crowned by the ruins of a medieval castle. Further up in the hills there is a waterfall you might like to visit. We also have an optional excursion here by jeep or car.
Day 6 – Dirsek Buku / Bozburun
After breakfast sail to the Dirsek Buku and then onto the Bay of Bozburun. You are welcome to try your hand at managing the ship under full sails, under the guidance of skipper. Bozburun is a quite little fishing village which used to be the centre of sponge picking along the Turkish coast, but nowadays people there earn their living in a much less dangerous way by building the typical broad-beamed wooden boats known as Gulets. Overnight stay will be in one of the nearest bays to Bozburun.

After breakfast the yacht will set off for Kadirga or Kumlu Buk. After lunch it will move onto Paradise Island and then dock in Maramris Marina where it will stay overnight.
